From start to finish, this neck wrap is designed with your wellbeing in mind by an artisan striving daily to manage chronic pain (formerly Ardent Hands). 

FOR HEAT THERAPY: fold the compress in half and place in the microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Always test the temperature of your wrap before applying to your skin.

FOR COLD THERAPY: store the compress in the freezer until ready to use.
