Aragonite, pronounced uh-RAG-oh-nite, is also known as tufa and tchazar crystal. This carbonate gemstone has come to symbolize truth and understanding. The mineral is named after the Aragon River in Spain, where it was first discovered in 1788.
This crystal towers are one of a kind and therefore have slight variations in color and size (ranging from 2.3" to 2.75").
